We will rent cozy, functional single rooms at 11 Promienistych Street.
The room has a separate entrance and a key lock, because we know that privacy is important.
The room has a bed with a container for bedding, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, a chair, a bookcase and a large mirror. The room is functionally and nicely decorated.
The apartment includes:
- 3 sanitary facilities with 2 showers, 2 sinks, 2 toilets - this makes morning queues to the toilet a thing of the past ;)
- a modern, spacious and functional kitchen with all the necessary equipment - a hob, a microwave with a grill, an electric kettle, dishes, pots and cutlery.
- additional equipment available is: an iron, an ironing board, clothes dryers (in each room), a vacuum cleaner and items for keeping order.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator) in a block of flats at ul. Promienistych 11 (Prądnik Czerwony) and has been completely renovated!
It is characterized by a higher standard. Apartment without an owner.
