Ev sahibi talebinizi kabul ettiğinde, ilk ayın kirası ve yönetim ücretleri otomatik olarak tahsil edilir ve rezervasyon onaylanır. Ardından taşınmanızı düzenlemek için kesin adresi ve ev sahibinin iletişim bilgilerini alırsınız.
Paran güvende
HousingAnywhere ödemenizi tutar ve taşınmanızdan 48 saat sonra ev sahibine aktarır. Yer ilanla uyuşmuyorsa, bu 48 saat içinde bildirin ve paranızı geri alın

The bedroom is fully equipped with 4 beds, lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack, bedside tables, desk and chairs.

The price is for the entire bedroom!

There is a table with chairs in the kitchen.

The size of the apartment is around 70 m2.

There are 2 single beds and 2 double-size beds currently in the apartment (other double beds are available upon previous request, if still available).

The Lessor can get an additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request).

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, hand made fashion pochette-masks (very trendy and fashion masks), gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request).

Each bedroom can be locked.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
