1st bedroom on the left side from the main door

The bedroom in the apartment is fully equipped with a double sofa-bed and 2 single beds (additional single beds, double bed or sofa are available upon previous request), lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack for clothes, bedside tables, desk and chairs, TV (Netflix is also available upon previous request.

The bedroom does not have the sofa-bed at the moment (like in the picture), however, upon request the tenants can get the sofa-bed back.
This is the biggest bedroom of the apartment. The bedroom has a private TV. The windows are in PVC (perfect insulation).
The bedroom has a view on the street.

This is an apartment of 3 bedrooms located between Jewish district and Stradom.

There is a small extra payment (higher deposit) is a tenant wants to live in the property with a pet (the other tenants and the Lessor must previously agree).

The Lessor can help the tenants to get a VISA, pesel number or a temporary residence.

The place is made of a hallway, corridor, 3 bedrooms, living space with a kitchen annex, bathroom (shower box, toilet, mirror, sink with shelves, washing machine and heating system). The apartment has a size of around 65 square meters.
The apartment has only 1 bathroom (bathroom recently renovated).

The flat has 6 beds, precisely 4 single beds, 1 sofa-bed (double sofa-bed), 1 double bed. The place can host up to 8 people (ideally 6 people). One of the sofa-beds is in the living area.
Theoretically the sofa-beds available are 2 (available both upon previous request).

The tenants can get additional single beds, double bed, sofa, armchair, sofa-bed or armchair bed (upon previous request).

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a table with chairs in the kitchen.
The 3 bedrooms can be locked.

The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, hand made fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks), gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request).
There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
The Lessor can get a life insurance during the entire period of lease.

The tram/bus stops Starowiślna and Stradom are both few seconds walk from the place.
Dietla is a street full of shops, restaurants, stores h24, bars and pubs.
The area is very green (the avenue Dietla is completely green and wooded).

There is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. There are as well the following devices and appliances in the apartment: socket adapters, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dish-washer.

The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. Al...
