The house is located in a residential area, close to the highway, Center of Lausanne, EPFL, UNIL, Shopping Mall Coop and Migros, easy access by foot, public transportation or car.
The room is about 24 m2, with a queen bed (160 x 200) , with two big windows where you can enjoy the sun every morning, private bathroom, for 1 person or a couple, free breakfast, wifi, parking space, welcome bottle of water and shampoo.
You can enjoy the common area, (Garden and living room....).
The room is on the second floor, has an average floor area of 25 m2, 1 double bed measuring 63x79 inches (160 x 200 cm), a lot of storage space (cupboard), private bathroom (shower), laptop desk.
