It has a sleeping area separate from the living room (140 cm bed), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a large closet to store your clothes ! For your comfort, a dishwasher and a washing machine have been installed in the kitchen.
You can stay and work there since an office with internet socket has been set up for this purpose.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a residence with elevator.

It is located in the » Outremeuse » district, less than 2 km from the hyper centre of Liège and 15 minutes from the train station « Guillemins ».
Many bus lines nearby serve the hyper centre and the surrounding area.
There is no private parking, you will have to park on the street. Parking is paid except in front of the building and in the streets perpendicular to the Quai Godefroid Kurth.
