Ev sahibi talebinizi kabul ettiğinde, ilk ayın kirası ve yönetim ücretleri otomatik olarak tahsil edilir ve rezervasyon onaylanır. Ardından taşınmanızı düzenlemek için kesin adresi ve ev sahibinin iletişim bilgilerini alırsınız.
Paran güvende
HousingAnywhere ödemenizi tutar ve taşınmanızdan 48 saat sonra ev sahibine aktarır. Yer ilanla uyuşmuyorsa, bu 48 saat içinde bildirin ve paranızı geri alın

Are you looking for a place to stay close to where you'll be attending your classes If so, check out this apartment in Bairro da Boavista. Your new accommodation provides a comfortable and welcoming feeling with a peaceful atmosphere. Here, you'll be able to live close to plenty of shops, restaurants and transport links.

Please, read carefully the whole description before sending a booking request:

✅ YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:
- Utilities (Up to €40/month of water, electricity, gas).
- WiFi.
- Cable TV.
- Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house.
- Maintenance service.
- Telephone service for emergencies.

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check-in).
+ Admin fee (Paid per person once during check-in).
+ Extra cost of 50€/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons.

📅 MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date.

🕛 CHECK-IN TIME:
- Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm.

🌆 OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (under request)
- Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 €
(Working hours: Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm).
- Fridge inside the room (minimum stays of 6 months) - 14.99 € p/month.
- Special cleaning of the room 49.99 € (1 X per week).

🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number.
- During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in.
- The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good condition.
- Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval).
- Parties are not allowed.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.

We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and, assist with obtaining the Residence Visa!

Check-in is only authorised once the amounts due at check-in have been credited to our bank account.

Failure to register the data and documents in our system will require the landlord to formalize this information manually, resulting in an additional cost of €30.
