🛏️ About your space: This homestay offer means you'll share the apartment with a roommate. This space is fully equipped, offering comfort and great value in a prime location in the heart of Ljubljana. It’s across from the beautiful Tivoli Park, surrounded by nature and sports facilities (both indoor and outdoor), with the city center just steps away. The cultural heart of Slovenia is also close by, with the Ivan Cankar Cultural and Congress Center and the President's Palace just down the street!
You’ll only need to bring your personal belongings – everything else is provided for you!

This is a studio/apartment. The photos show different settings for possible room arrangements.
Can function as a two-bedroom apartment with two separate beds, but it’s designed as a studio.
Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

📍 About the location: The apartment is ideally located, very close to the University of Ljubljana campuses:
Academy of Fine Arts and Design: only 320m away!
Academy of Music: 1.2 km

And many more faculties, all within walking distance!

💡 Costs:
Rent: 599 EUR per month + 1/2 of the utilities (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, TV, water, etc.)
Deposit: 599 EUR
Final cleaning fee: 150 EUR (can be waived if you clean perfectly upon departure)
Wi-Fi and TV: approx. 50 EUR
Gas: approx. 7.74 EUR/month + usage
Electricity: according to your usage
Water and sewage: approx. 10 EUR per person/month
Common area costs (stairs and corridor lighting, etc.): approx. 5-6 EUR per person/month
Please note that if your utility use exceeds 35 EUR per month, you will be charged the difference (e.g., if your water usage is 45 EUR, you will be charged 10 EUR extra).
🙋♀️ About the host: The owner of the apartment (who is also a sport professor) will likely be your roommate, but will spend most of the summer away from Ljubljana, giving you space and privacy. You'll have someone available for help whenever needed to make sure you have a comfortable stay and a successful study period.
