2. This will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
1. Once you have signed the tenancy, you lose the right to cancel your tenancy. You are liable for the full rent unless a suitable replacement is found to take over your tenancy agreement.
2. You will be eligible for rent and deposit refund after a replacement is approved, signs the new lease, and makes a payment for the deposit and the first month’s rent.
3. Replacements must be the same gender for shared apartments. The rent amount will be the same as yours for the duration of the lease.
Note: If the property team finds a replacement tenant for you then you will be charged for the re-rent costs.
