3rd floor studio close to Cabrillo Beach, 2 diners up the street. 1 parking spot. App friendly TV.

Private studio with shared 2nd and 3rd floor balconies (8 am- 9 pm). Walking distance to the beach... across the street, walk along the fence to the ramp and then your toes are in the sand!** Laundry on the same floor. Trash receptacle area in the corner of the parking lot. 1-assigned parking spot in lot at rear.

Please note:
- We try to be accommodating and fair to all guest's needs, so let me know if there’s something special you need. Some concierge services are available.
- Entry codes are provided upon request 24 hours before arrival.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated; just ask the day of. If you wish to extend your stay, send a message.
- Park in the designated spot only ONLY. If you need to park on the street, watch the signs, and don't park in front of our neighbor's wooden garages.
- The host has many other places and some are in the same building!
- Up to 2 pets allowed under 20lbs. $150 pet fee. Breed Restrictions: Pit bulls, Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, and Wolf-hybrids are not allowed.
- The cleaning fee is a basic clean. Additional cleaning fees are determined by what needs to happen to return the unit to its original. Based on $35/hr.
- The water, gas, and trash are paid utilities. The limit on the internet is 1,280 gigs. If you go over the limit, please let the host know beforehand.
- We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies.
