The home features bright and well-distributed rooms, shared bathrooms, and fully furnished common areas to offer a practical, functional, and pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the apartment has heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart locks, and weekly cleaning of the shared areas is included, always maintaining a well-kept, tidy, and perfectly maintained environment.

Our team takes care of all the management so you can live worry-free: we coordinate your arrival and departure, handle any incidents, select compatible profiles to ensure balanced cohabitation, and ensure the good maintenance of the apartment day after day. The goal is to offer comfort, stability, and close support throughout your stay.

💶 Additional Costs

Membership (administrative costs): 50% of one month’s rent
Couples are welcome for an additional supplement of €150 per month

This apartment is located in Retiro – Niño Jesús, one of the most pleasant, safe, and residential areas of Madrid. It is a perfect environment for those seeking tranquility without giving up excellent connection to the city center. Very close by, you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, green spaces, and all the services that make daily life more comfortable. Furthermore, living here allows you to enjoy Retiro Park, ideal for exercising, walking, or disconnecting. Communication with the rest of the city is excellent thanks to the Sainz de Baranda (L6/L9) and Ibiza (L9) metro stations.
