Dear guest, please note that you will be required to give a three-month notice to end your contract with the accommodation provider otherwise the contract will be automatically renewed for one year.
Please also note that the deposit and the admin fee are to be paid within the contract start date and NOT the move-in date

Please bear in mind that guests are required to have a residence permit to check-in. The landlord will request a document (passport or ID) with the following information: residence address, nationality, student status, and city of birth.
