Quiet, cozy and very well equipped... comfort apartment in the center of the state capital Mainz,
Spacious, bright, light-flooded living and dining room, with large-screen TV, 3- and 2-seater couch with armchair, large dining table for 6-8 people. The 5 floor-to-ceiling windows (or balcony doors) and the two balconies (one facing south-east to enjoy the morning sun) and another balcony (in the north-west, with a view to the Taunus-forest, to enjoy the evening sun) offers a pleasant, wonderful living comfort.
In the bedroom there is a box spring bed 1.80 x2 .00m with 2 bedside cabinets. In the dressing room in front of it (between bedroom and bathroom) there is a mirror-sliding-door wardrobe. If necessary, a folding bed can also be set up in the dressing room.
The adjoining bright bathroom has a toilet, sink and a 2m bathtub. There is space for a washing machine and dryer.
There is also another (guest) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet opposite the children's- /work-room. This is equipped with two (bunk) beds 1.0 x 2.0 m, as well as a spacious work-desk, shelf wall, etc.
The fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and dishes (for at least 6 people), dishwasher, stove, microwave and a fridge-freezer combination has a wide hatch to the dining area.
The spacious layout and the parquet floor, of this modern and very comfortably furnished apartment, makes for pleasant living comfort.
An underground parking space belongs to the apartment.
From the underground car park, the lift goes directly (barrier-free) to the 4th floor to access the apartment. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor and there are no neighbors to the left or right.
