Four-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living and kitchen areas, plus a huge back yard with pool, basketball court, BBQ and pizza oven area for entertaining friends, vegetable garden, and plenty of spaces to spend time in.
Two lovely light-filled bedrooms available for one or two tenants – one with queen bed, the other with double bed. Both rooms with large desk and lamp, chair, bedside tables, ceiling fan, block-out plus privacy blinds, large wardrobe with lots of storage shelves and clothes hanging space, bed linen, pillows, doona and blanket provided. Own bathroom or shared by two tenants, has a separate shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
