You are only eligible for this exemption if you cancel more than 14 days prior to your Residential Agreement start date. If you are within 14 days of your Residential Agreement start date, or if your Residential Agreement has already started, you are not eligible for this exemption.

The property management does not have a cooling off period. All contracts are legal and binding. If a student wishes to cancel more than 14 days before contract commencement they will be liable for a cancellation fee of 2 x weeks rent (deducted from the deposit). Application and Registration fees are non-refundable. If a student wishes to cancel less than 14 days before contract commencement they are liable for the contract until a replacement is found.
