The US$99 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment. Full refund is applicable whether your booking is finalized with Amber or even if we're unable to find a suitable match for you.
A security deposit of $2000 is required.
Rent can be paid through full payment upfront, quarterly payments, or monthly instalments, with monthly payments due on the 1st of every month.
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, money order, or cashier’s check.
Both local and international guarantors are accepted for securing the tenancy.
Cancellation requests due to travel restrictions may be considered, subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement and supporting documentation where required.

If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.
If you have deferred your studies, please contact the Amber team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.
