Inside, the living room is large and bright, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table suitable for both dinners and moments of work or study. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped: refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine and a second table for everyday meals.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, ideal for those who need space, and a second room with a single futon. The bathroom is simple and functional and is equipped with a comfortable shower.
Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.
Monthly rates:
€1,200.00 for monthly rent
€200.00 for condominium fees
€200.00 for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total monthly cost: €1,600.00
One-off payments (upon signing the contract):
€1,200.00: security deposit (refundable after check-out if everything is in order)
€170.00 (VAT included): customer service (active every day from 9:00 to 21:00), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in person.
€350.00 (VAT included): final cleaning.
Linen is not included.
IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the required documents for the rental agreement directly to the property and pay the first installment directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
