Completely furnished apartment in a multiple dwelling (3 units, 1 office) in a good residential area with view into the garden, very good shopping possibilities, as well as best traffic connections.
The open living and kitchen area with wood-burning stove invites you to relax on the sofa or to have a cosy meal at the dining table for 4 persons. For the fireplace stove we provide you in the winter months with pleasure wood.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, freezer, ceramic hob incl. oven and microwave. The equipment of the kitchen with cooking appliances etc. should leave hardly any wishes unfulfilled.
In the living room there is a comfortable couch with ottoman, a large flat screen TV with cable connection, a stereo and an X-BOX360.
Two spacious bright bedrooms with double beds ensure a relaxed sleep. Furthermore, both bedrooms are equipped with large closets and flat-screen TVs.
An additional small room as a retreat for reading is also available.
A modern bathroom with white tiles and granite floor completes the whole. Here you can enjoy a refreshment under a ground-level open rain shower.
In the basement you will find a private fitness room and up to 4 private bicycles which we can make available to you by arrangement during your stay.
In summer our garden invites you to relax and have a barbecue.
