This very nice and practical flat has just been refurbished and furnished. It is primarily aimed at professional users, as it offers everything you need for working, living and relaxing, so you only have to come with your suitcase. Currently, a new dishwasher and a clothes dryer are added.

Due to the location it is very quiet accommodation.
The transport connection to the entire, nearby Rhine/Ruhr area is optimal. During the trade fair events, you therefore have an attractive alternative to booking a hotel room. A parking space for the car is available.

In the living room, there is a reliable bed for a single person. In addition there is a practical, fold-out sofa bed with a width of 1.5 m, which allows 2 people to sleep comfortably.
The shelving with sliding elements holds bed linen, towels and additional clothing, should the mirrored wardrobe in the entrance area possibly not be sufficient.
A HD-SAT-TV with separate multimedia receiver (Dreambox) offers access to many European radio and TV programmes. A WLAN home network is also set up to enable streaming from a mobile phone or PC/laptop to SAT-TV. A Yamaha HIFI amplifier reproduces the sound through 2 high quality ELAC speakers. Optionally, an LTE connection can be provided on a monthly basis if reception via your own mobile phone does not meet the requirements.

Separated from the entry room, there is an open dining area with space for up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is available for sophisticated cooking and eating, or for making sophisticated drinks.

The bathroom is a shower room with bright light for shaving or make-up.

The highlight of the flat is the large covered balcony of 10.5 square meters. Here you can have breakfast, dinner and enjoy the weekend off, stock up on fresh herbs or simply dry your laundry, weather permitting.

The flat is located in Mülheim an der Ruhr in the popular district "Dorf" Saarn. Only a few minutes walk away are numerous shops, the weekly market (Wed,Sa), high-quality and rustic restaurants, cafés, a fitness center and the nature reserve of the Ruhraue. Cycling, 10 or more km jogging in the green along the Ruhr are always possible to keep fit. A Dutch bicycle with gear shift is available and will take you to the organic and supermarkets within minutes.

To the central station of Mülheim an der Ruhr (4 km away) you need about 25 minutes by bus, 10 minutes by car, 14 minutes by bike and on foot about 50 minutes.
