Fabulous room in charming modern design apartment, with big living room/kitchen/eating area and 10 foot ceilings throughout. A glassdoor opening to the balcony gives the apartment a very airy and spacious feeling and lets in a lot of light. Hardwood floors. Sleeps 1 in the very comfortable king size bed in the bedroom with high-quality mattress and lines. There is quiet atmosphare on the balcony for dinner. The second room is private space for myself. So kitchen and bathroom is to share. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dish washer, oven, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a drying rack, iron and ironing board is available in the apartment for you to use. High-speed internet with wireless. An wireless HP multi-function printer/scanner/copier in the livingroom is there to use for your labtop. The living room area has a TV (DVD movies collection). Wireless headphones let you watch TV late at night while you recover from jetlag, without disturbing your family or friends. The modern bathroom has a comfortable bathtub and tropical rain shower. It comes with plenty of towels, hairdryer, and plenty of other amenities. An european washer is hidden under a bamboo tree storage space. The entire apartment was freshly repainted in August 2012 and is cleaned and maintained regularly by our wonderful German housekeepers. The whole house was just completely renovated in 2010, built at the turn of the century with its typical charming Munich backyard, that you see from the balcony. The apartment is very centrally located in Munich's Au neighborhood. You are 200 meters from the subway stop U2 Fraunhoferstrasse (2 stops to Munich central station), 5 minutes walk to lively district Glockenbach. Glockenbach is wellknown for its trendy fashions boutiques, cosy delis, awesome restaurants and great night life. 8 minutes walk to Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz. At your feet are cafes, restaurants, dry cleaner, grocery store, hair dresser, the street-car (No. 17) and the subway (U1 an U2). You are in walking distance to the whole downtown area, 200m to the green stripe of the city beach of river Isar.
