Es gibt in der Nähe alles, was man zum Leben braucht, von Lidl über Basic, DM, Apotheke, Ärztehaus, U-Bahn, Restaurants, Cafes und Bäckereien, U-Bahn (5 Minuten, 2 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof). Private Gegenstände, die auf den Bildern noch zu sehen sind, werden entfernt.
