Grillparzerstr. 42 is located in the exclusive district of Bogenhausen in the east of Munich, one of the city’s wealthiest and greenest neighborhoods. The location stands out due to its immediate proximity to the ISAR river with its idyllic banks and to the ENGLISH GARDEN. The villa district, with its well-kept historic buildings and green spaces, creates a quiet, privileged residential atmosphere. The infrastructure is excellent, with restaurants, cafés, and shops in the immediate vicinity.
