This newly renovated 2-room apartment with approx. 65 sqm of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained apartment building. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and offer access to one of the two balconies with green views. The modern furnishings and elegant herringbone parquet flooring create a bright yet cozy living atmosphere. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 cm wide) and has a second balcony. From here, you can also enjoy the view of the Kinderbachtal landscape park. The fitted kitchen offers everything needed for daily life. Ideal for breakfast, light meals, or warming up food. It is less designed for ambitious or frequent cooking and baking. The bathroom is well-maintained and functional. It has been partially modernized, but the shower does not yet meet the latest standard and is comparatively compact. In the entrance area, large built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space. A desk can be provided upon request.
The apartment impresses with its quiet location and the unobstructed view of the Kinderbachtal and the sculpture "the ship of Münster".
