Wunderflats üzerinde rezervasyon talebini gönderirsin ve ev sahibi onaylayana kadar senden ücret alınmaz. Talebin kabul edildikten sonra ilk ayın ödemesini onların platformunda yaparsın; senden ek belge istenebilir, örneğin:
- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

An elegant real wood parquet floor creates a warm and stylish ambience. Generous window fronts allow an unobstructed incidence of light and give the flat a bright and friendly atmosphere. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for living. There is a 160x200 cm double bed and wardrobe. In addition, a 140x200 fold-out sofa bed, a TV corner with an LCD LED Smart TV (127 cm/50 inch, 4K Ultra HD). A properly equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, extractor bonnet and two hobs. There is a washer-dryer in the brightly tiled bathroom!
