Wunderflats üzerinde rezervasyon talebini gönderirsin ve ev sahibi onaylayana kadar senden ücret alınmaz. Talebin kabul edildikten sonra ilk ayın ödemesini onların platformunda yaparsın; senden ek belge istenebilir, örneğin:
- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

In the Kärntner Str. in Münster we offer our exclusive 3-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a roof terrace. You live in a quiet and green, yet very central residential area with good parking facilities directly in front of the apartment.

From here you can reach the train station in 10 minutes (2.6 km), the old town and city center in 7 minutes (1.7 km), and the port in 10 minutes (2.5 km). Thanks to the well-developed cycle path network, you can quickly get to any point in Münster. Just a few steps away is the canal and lots of green space. Shops (Rewe, Netto, Rossman) and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot.
