The apartment is located in the Materdei district—right in Naples' historic center, yet situated in a quiet, residential area free from heavy traffic; being in a hilly area, the air quality is excellent.

The Materdei metro station is just a 4-minute walk away, offering connections across the city, while the pedestrianized historic center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
