💶 Financial Terms & Additional Costs
Deposit & Final Cleaning: A security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, minus a mandatory final cleaning fee (€80 for rooms / €100 for apartments and studios).
Other Costs (Last Month's Rent): Listed under "Other Costs" is the payment for your final month of rent. This must be paid in advance at check-in as a guarantee.
Check-In Payments (Cash): Please note that both the security deposit and the "Other Costs" (last month's rent) must be paid strictly in cash upon check-in.
Administrative Fee: The admin fee cannot be paid in cash and must be settled via bank transfer at check-in.

1 The ADMINISTRATION FEE requested in the listing is different from the "tenant protection fee" asked by HousingAnywhere. The administration fee must be paid at check-in IN CASH.
2 The DEPOSIT is mandatory and must be paid at check-in IN CASH 💰.
3 The OTHER required cost is the last month of the stay, which also has to be paid at check-in IN CASH. If these payments are not made at check-in in the above-mentioned manner, keys will not be delivered.

The deposit will be reimbursed ONLY if the apartment is left in good condition, no appliances have been broken and all payments have been made. The integrity of the apartment/room will be checked after your check out.

Security Deposit Refund Policy: Please note that the security deposit is processed via bank transfer within 24 to 48 hours after check-out. This allows us the necessary time to inspect the property and finalize any outstanding utility bills (bi-monthly/tri-monthly), unless a flat-rate utility fee is agreed upon in advance.
