- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

Il dispose de 3 belles chambres avec TV, fibre internet,literie neuve, bureau. 2 chambres sont disponibles du 20 décembre au 1er mars , vastes de 15 M2 avec lit double , fauteuil ou canapé, bureau , écran TV smart , armoire .TOUT L'APPARTEMENT EST CLIMATISÉ.Une cuisine ouverte toute équipée (lave vaisselle , four, micro-ondes,bouilloire, cafetière , grand frigidaire...) avec table donnant sur le salon avec canapé et écran 127cm . Salle de bain avec grande douche ,lave linge (neuf) ,sèche cheveux , WC séparé. Au calme ( dans une impasse ) mais proche de tout:FAC de Droit , IUT , EDHEC...station TRAMWAY Alsace Lorraine à 5 min à pied ou GARE DE NICE 10min à pied. Place Franklin 2 min, promenade des anglais 10min, PLAGE ETC .. tram et bus pour toutes les écoles à proximité (Fac de droit, IUT ) N'hésitez pas si vous avez des questions. The apartment has been completely renovated and is located in a small, quiet, and secure building—a 3-story maison bourgeoise right in the heart of the city, near Place Franklin. It is an ideal, comfortable, and modern space. It features 3 lovely bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, fiber-optic internet, new bedding, and a desk. Two of these rooms—spacious 15m² units—are available from December 20th to March 1st; they include a double bed, an armchair or sofa, a desk, a smart TV, and a wardrobe. THE ENTIRE APARTMENT IS AIR-CONDITIONED. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, large refrigerator, etc.) with a dining table, leading into a living room furnished with a sofa and a 127cm (50-inch) TV screen. The bathroom includes a large shower, a (new) washing machine, and a hairdryer; there is also a separate toilet. Although situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the apartment is close to everything: the Law Faculty, the IUT, EDHEC, and more. The "Alsace-Lorraine" tram stop is a 5-minute walk away, and the Nice train station is a 10-minute walk. Place Franklin is just 2 minutes away, and the Promenade des Anglais and the beach are a 10-minute walk. Tram and bus lines providing access to all major schools (Law Faculty, IUT, etc.) are nearby.
