Situated on the ground floor facing a peaceful internal courtyard, it offers privacy and natural light while being protected from street noise. The Port area provides grocery stores, restaurants, and excellent transport links, with Rue Cassini and Place Garibaldi nearby. Rent includes building charges, bi-monthly cleaning of communal areas, internet/TV, water, heating, and an electricity provision (adjusted annually).
