The house is surrounded by a small green park with many trees and bushes. Water splashes from three stones and refreshes the visitors on warm days. At the Kobergerplatz once a week is market time. Every Friday regional farmers sell their fruit and vegetables, but also cheese, sausage or bread are available. Every year in July the Kobergerplatz initiative invites to the district festival on its "Kobi" and uses the area to celebrate and get together. In short: Kobergerplatz is a meeting place for all generations.

In the immediate vicinity is the underground station "Kaulbachplatz" with the line U3 (approx. 100 m distance). From there you can quickly reach all places in Nuremberg, for example, it takes 5 minutes to get to the main station.
