Fully furnished room (16 m2) in a 4-room apartment

A fully furnished room is available for rent in a 4-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, internet, and utilities (water, electricity, and heat). The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a residential complex.
Maximum rental period bookable through the system: 12 months. If you’d like to book for a longer period, please contact us.

The apartment is fully furnished. However, bed linens and personal linens are not included.

The apartment is centrally located in the city center and within walking distance of the train station, shops, and restaurants, as well as the S-Bahn line toward Frankfurt.

The location on Geleitsstraße is ideal thanks to its central and well-connected surroundings. Shopping, cafés, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Offenbach’s main train station, as well as bus and S-Bahn connections, are easily accessible. The Main River and green spaces for walks or exercise are also just a few minutes away.

Upon request, a set consisting of bed linens, bedding, and towels can be provided for an additional fee of 150 euros; these items become the tenant’s property.

A monthly fee of 50€ is due for an external cleaning service to clean common areas such as the bathroom, hallway, and kitchen at irregular intervals. There is no entitlement to regular cleaning or a specific standard of cleaning quality. The private rooms will be cleaned before the start of the lease.

Before the keys are handed over, all payments (rent plus utilities for the first month and the security deposit) must be received in Housinganywhere's bank account.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Bettwäsche und persönliche Textilien sind jedoch nicht Bestandteil der Ausstattung.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in der Innenstadt und fußläufig zum Bahnhof und zu Geschäften und Restaurants, sowie zur S-Bahn in Richtung Frankfurt.

Die Lage in der Geleitsstraße überzeugt durch ihre zentrale und gut angebundene Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Offenbacher Hauptbahnhof sowie Bus- und S-Bahn-Verbindungen sind schnell erreichbar. Auch der Main und Grünflächen für Spaziergänge oder Sport liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Auf Wunsch kann gegen einen Aufpreis von 150 Euro ein Set bestehend aus Bettwäsche, Bettzeug und Handtüchern bereit gestellt werden, welche in den Besitz des Mieters übergehen.
