Your new home is located on the 2nd floor with windows facing the calm Steenstrups Gate street. It has a surface of 9.9 square meters with custom-built furniture that focuses on efficiency and making optimal use of space. This home has a small sofa, 90 x 200 cm bed, modern built-in kitchen with two stovetops and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is plenty of storage space, a wardrobe to hang your clothes and a built-in desk. Wooden flooring, soft natural tones and Nordic design furniture create a cosy atmosphere.

In the building you have access to common kitchen and living area on the top floor. (See on pictures) In the basement you can find shared laundry room with both washing machines and dryers.

Move-in costs include a security deposit and prepaid first month's rent. Minimum stays range from 3 to 6 months, depending on the room.
