Welcome to the daydream flat, a modern and tastefully furnished accommodation that invites you to a comfortable and pleasant stay. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, on a short trip or staying for a long time, you will feel right at home! The real wood parquet flooring gives the flat a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, including a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and even a water bubbler. Enjoy your meals outside on the balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture and offers a relaxed atmosphere. For a restful night's sleep, the spacious and cosily furnished bedroom has a comfortable box-spring bed. The bedroom also has a smart TV and a small workstation with a printer and space for a laptop. In addition to the bedroom, there is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate two more people. The modern bathroom impresses with a walk-in shower and offers you enough space to relax and refresh yourself. For your added convenience, there is a washing machine with integrated tumble dryer and an ironing station.
You can park your car conveniently and free of charge in the car park right next to the house. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible via a lift.
