The 14 private rooms coliving offers a fully equipped shared kitchen, a dedicated laundry area with washing machines and dryers, and comfortable common spaces. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and a facility manager is on site to assist residents when needed. The apartment is located in Via Domenico Turazza, in a well-connected university area of Padua, close to the University of Padua, the hospital, the city centre, and the railway station easily reachable on foot, by bike or public transport. KITCHEN AND COMFORT The large shared kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and amenities: oven, microwave oven, 2 induction hobs with hoods, 3 maxi fridges, dishwasher, crockery, pots and pans. From the kitchen/living room there is access to a spacious shared terrace overlooking the garden. Air conditioning and Mechanical Extract Ventilation MEV are installed. LAUNDRY The laundry area includes 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and a vacuum cleaner.
