Nice apartment in the Arenella district, halfway between the historic center of Palermo and the seaside village of Addaura.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building in a residential area. The entrance opens onto the living room furnished with a sofa placed in front of the TV, a desk and other retro design furniture. From here you enter the independent kitchen, characterized by the presence of exposed beams, equipped with all the utensils for cooking and comforts such as the microwave and the oven. A French door leads to the small terrace furnished with a wooden table.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms complete the apartment, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
Comforts such as free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom and heating with heat pump will be available to guests.
