The furnished apartment is located in a very central pedestrian area, on Via Emerico Amari, on the 3rd floor of a historic building (without elevator) between Piazza Politeama and the Port of Palermo. Energy class E. The apartment consists of: entrance hall, corridor, 4 separate bedrooms, large furnished and equipped kitchen with adjoining balcony, 2 bathrooms, one with shower. The bedrooms are equipped with heat pumps and TV sockets.
The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with queen-size or double beds, lighting, wardrobe, dresser, desk, bookcase, shoe rack, chairs, and other furniture.
The kitchen, shared with other guests, is equipped with a table and chairs, new appliances: gas stove with oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and TV. It is also equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Water, electricity, and gas (cylinder) are not included and are charged according to consumption. The flat-rate contribution for condominium expenses is currently €10/month; the estimated average cost for water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and condominium expenses is €40/month, which must be paid together with the rent. A periodic adjustment is made based on actual consumption. Cleaning service available upon request for a fee.
