The Apartment
Located on Rue Aristide Briand, in the heart of Levallois-Perret, this apartment combines comfort with a strategic location!
Situated on the outskirts of Paris, between the La Défense business district and Neuilly-sur-Seine, the apartment boasts an ideal location for those seeking peace and quiet, as well as a strategic base for professionals or students traveling for work or study. Indeed, our apartment is located near the headquarters of major companies such as LVMH, American Express, Cetelem, Guerlain, and Webedia.
The neighborhood benefits from excellent connections to the Paris public transport network: the L line is a 7-minute walk away, and the metro is 9 minutes away.
You can easily reach all parts of Paris and discover iconic landmarks such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica.
