The building is very near to bus stops (20m) to the center and to university of Patras (Rio) and the university hospital of Patras (Rio). The urban rail station (Panachaiki stop) is about 250m away. There is also connection to organized beaches for swimming or other activities with the bus or the urban rail.
The Panachaiki football Stadium is also very near about 250 m. At the stadium are taking place also concerts and similar activities. The marina (yacht port - sea front) is about 500 m. Swimming pool (covered) and organized athletic activities (football 5x5, squash, basketball, etc) can be also provided at the sport center 50m behind the building.
The archaeological museum of Patras is about 500 m.
Super markets, cafes, other shops, banks e.t.c. are very close to the building in walking distance.
The center of the city (King George the A’ square) is about 2km (about 20min walk). It is one urban train station after the Panachaiki urban train stop.
