- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

3 bed / 2 bath / 1,200 SF — Prime location on the border of Scottsdale + Paradise Valley. (Paradise Valley Village — Tatum + Shea). Private, fully furnished bedroom with BRAND-NEW, never used mattress, soon to have a stylish headboard, 8-drawer dresser, large screen TV with Roku, and private full bath. Fully furnished common areas and 3rd bedroom will not be rented and used as an office. All you need to do is bring your clothes, belongings, and some linens. Brand new carpet, paint, light fixtures, kitchen/bath fixtures. Everything included: utilities, internet, quarterly interior/exterior pest spraying, water/sewer/trash, parking.

The community is small, seclusive, gated, and extremely quiet, sitting on a golf course. The majority of the condominium complex is snowbirds, so the property is quiet, homey, and safe all year. The complex has a pool/hot tub, fitness center, lush landscaping and worry-free parking right in front of unit. The complex is across the street from several grocery stores, restaurants, 1-5 mins from numerous shopping centers including the new Paradise Valley Mall. Walking trails and several hiking trails are accessible from the community gates! Exactly 15 mins to Biltmore, Arcadia, North Scottsdale, Kierland, and Old Town. 18 mins to Desert Ridge and 20 mins to downtown PHX.
