A well-appointed 1-bedroom on the 3rd floor of a 2022 building, with soft water, views of the Poznań skyline and Andersia Tower. The separate bedroom and living area give you real space to settle in — whether you're here for a few days or several months.

The kitchen is fully equipped for actual cooking: full-size fridge, dishwasher, four-burner induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the cookware you'll need. Fiber Wi-Fi, washing machine, elevator, and a shower round out the essentials. Parking is free, on-site and private — either outside or directly beneath the building (depending on availability). A grocery store and a bakery are on the ground floor of the building.

Location: five minutes or less on foot to Posnania mall (where there is a gym with a pool and sauna + dozens of restaurants/cafes) and Lake Malta. Tram right outside the door to the city centre, MTP fairgrounds, Nowy Rynek, and the main train station.
