The apartments in this building complex are designed mainly for students, graduates, and young professionals, offering mid-term rentals. All the apartments feature a cozy living, nice furniture and a fully equipped kitchen to cook comfortably, to deliver a lovely long-term stay! Laundry cost - 130 Czk per washing with detergents included in the price or 100 Czk without detergent. Drying is 80 Czk per 30 min. Guests policy: Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice. For an overnight guest, - a fee is applied. Semestral contract - minimum length of stay of 5 months, the reservations can begin at the latest on the 1st of September for the period until the end of January or on the first of February for the period until the end of June.
