At the end of the hall at the ApartHotel is the Deluxe Whiting Apartment, a one-bedroom and one-bath loft in the repurposed Whiting building in downtown Rochester's East End. The large wall of windows fills the space with natural light and offers a glimpse of one part of the East End.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a dining space with a mid-century dining table and chairs, creating an ideal setting for enjoying meals. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with modern stainless steel appliances and streamlined cabinetry, allowing for convenient meal preparation while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.
