The apartment, ideal also for couples, is created with refined finishes and a careful home staging project that highlights its characteristics. Very bright, it has air conditioning, independent heating, high-speed wi-fi internet. The open kitchen, with dining area, is complete with all appliances and equipped with an induction cooktop (and related supplies).

The apartment consists of a spacious open space with open kitchen, dining area, living room with large double bed, futon sofa bed and smart TV. Bathroom equipped with all fixtures, washing machine on the balcony. The property, equipped with every comfort, is located in Ostia, the neighborhood closest to the sea in Rome. Well connected thanks to metro connections (and various bus lines), in a pleasant area served by all amenities. Adjacent to a Tennis Club with tennis courts, 5-a-side football, bar, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies, all reachable within a few minutes on foot; as well as a pleasant Pine Grove, just steps from home, ideal for moments of relaxation or outdoor sports activities.

Utility expenses are calculated at a flat rate (Euro 250) and are comprehensive of everything. A weekly cleaning service is also included in the utilities fee.

It is located in Ostia on Via Mare di Bering, a few minutes from the seafront and the Roma Lido Station (North) which allows you to reach the center of Rome in 25 minutes. The connection allows, in fact, to reach directly the Piramide metro station (Metro B)/Ostiense Station and the Eur area (Metro B Eur Fermi) as well as the center of Rome and the main railway stations of Roma Termini and Roma Tiburtina. In a few minutes it is also possible to reach the University hub La Sapienza / Tor Vergata with headquarters in Ostia.
