The studio is located on the 3rd floor of the building and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, combining the character of a historic monumental building with modern convenience. The private shower room is located inside the studio, while the private toilet is located in the shared hallway and is for your use only.

Guest Access:
The residential complex employs the cutting-edge Nuki system, allowing residents to unlock doors conveniently using a 6 digit code. Each apartment has a shower room inside the unit and a private toilet in the shared hallway.
