Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

Hallo allemaal. De beschrijving van het appartement heb ik in het Engels geschreven. Dit omdat niet iedereen die in het appartement woont Nederlands spreekt. En Engels kunnen spreken dus wel zo handig is als je interesse hebt in een van de kamers. I have a room available in an apartment shared with two other people, located in the south of Rotterdam, close to the Maas. This room is 12m2 and is fully furnished. It even has what I call a step-in closet. Which is basically only one move away from a full walk-in closet (#closetgoals).The price for this final stepping stone in closet goodness is a whopping €835,- including utilities/local taxes/service cost/internet. You’ll be sharing the kitchen, balcony and facilities (incl. washer) with two young ladies. Though this might change to a mixed household if someone leaves (just FYI).There is a tram stop around the corner of the apartment that will get you to Maashaven in two shakes of a lamb’s tail (two tram stops). With the bike you can get to the centre in about 15 mins. With public transport it might take you a bit less or more depending on your connection and luck. - Apologies in advance if I can’t answer you all. I’ll try but will surely fail.
