The Penthouse is a unique penthouse, recently renovated with great detail and designed for the most demanding tastes. Right in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, it has a huge terrace, with views of the Anaga Massif, where you can be surprised by the sunset and the thousands of lights that illuminate the capital and the slopes of the mountain. One of the few penthouses in the city in which, due to its height and orientation, other buildings are barely noticeable, achieving privacy and an ideal location at the same time.

The Penthouse is located on Avenida de la Salle in the perfect center between the historic Santa Cruz and the new part of the city. Just a three-minute walk away we can reach the famous Nuestra Señora de África market (a fresh produce market) and in about four minutes we will find ourselves in the famous La Noria street, with its bars and nightlife in the old historic quarter of La city. Crossing the Galcerán bridge, just below the accommodation, we arrive in 5 minutes at Plaza Weyler and Calle Castillo, the main shopping area of the city. Just a couple of minutes further we find the García Sanabría park, the lungs of the island. If we opt for the opposite direction, in the same time we will arrive at the new area of the city with its shopping centers. In addition, Avenida de la Salle is one of the entrance routes to Santa Cruz, so the accommodation is also perfect as a place from which to visit the rest of the island due to the easy access by vehicle to the area.

Being in a central area, parking is not always easy, so we recommend parking in a paid car park a 2-minute walk away (Parking El Mercado: €9.75 per full day). Practically the entire city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is accessible on foot from the accommodation as it is located in the center of the city.
