This new flatshare room in Stockholm for rent is located on the second floor with balcony looking into the beautiful garden. The spacious and sunny room in Stockholm has a double bed, work table and spacious closet. The spacious and sunny room in Stockholm size is about 20 square meters and it is “ready-to-move-in”. It’s fully furnished and with bedding and pillows. Also modern kitchen has built-in appliances (microvave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, induction hob atd.) also laundry with washing machine and dryer. All kitchen appliances are available. In apartment you will find 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent. On top of all, we can provide you with proof of accommodation or a business license.
