Located in the Esplanade district, this 90m² flat is ideally situated a few steps from the University of Strasbourg and close to all amenities. The flat is on the 8th floor of a secure building with a caretaker, a lift and a bicycle garage. The flat has 4 rooms, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet.
