Located in the Esplanade district, this 100m² flat is ideally situated a few steps from the Parc de la Citadelle and close to all amenities. The flat is located on the 8th floor of a secure building with digicodes and guard and has a lift. The flat is composed of 4 rooms, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet.
