Each private room comes complete with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. Some unit types additionally offer a fully-furnished kitchen featuring a microwave, a wardrobe, a 50” TV and a washing machine. Other common amenities offered by the fully furnished property include a large courtyard, a shared balcony attached to the living room, unlimited WiFi internet, a library, gym, broadway shopping center and a cafe. The property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal & binding.

2. You are liable for the full rent unless a suitable replacement is found to take over your tenancy agreement.

3. You can replace yourself under the same terms as your agreement without interruption (this has no penalty or break fee); OR

a. Pay a break fee of 4 weeks if less than 25 percent of the agreement has expired; OR

b. Pay a break fee of 3 weeks if 25 per cent or more but less than 50 per cent of the agreement has expired; OR

c. Pay a break fee of 2 weeks if 50 per cent or more but less than 75 percent of the agreement has expired; OR

d. Pay a break fee of 1 week if 75 per cent or more of the agreement has expired.

You need to pay 2 week’s advance rent before moving in to secure your room with the property.

Rent needs to be paid monthly, in advance.

You do not need a guarantor to book a room with the property.

2. This will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
