Electricity, internet and gas for hot water costs are excluded and paid upon invoice arrival every next month. All the supply contracts are on my name so you don't have to think about them. It is 2 minutes from the city's main antique market "Il Balon" and the colourful and characteristic Borgo Dora with its renowned open-air market of Porta Palazzo. Around the flat there are several supermarkets, McFit gym, bars/fast food, restaurants, pharmacies and different kinds of shops. It is easily accessible by tram 4 which connects the flat directly to Porta Nuova train station in just 15 minutes. It is not possible to establish Residenza in this apartment.
